eResidence is a flagship redevelopment housing initiative by Hong Kong's Urban Renewal Authority (URA), located in Hung Hom / To Kwa Wan. Designed under the Hong Kong Government's Starter Homes Pilot Scheme, it targets young professionals and first-time homebuyers who exceed the income limits for public housing or HOS (Home Ownership Scheme) flats, but cannot yet afford private market housing.
